Process developing
01.
Concept
Defining the idea towards the final product. Clarifying the making process to realize your product.
02.
Fitting sample
Making the fitting sample test, to be sure your design is well constructed and ready for production.
03.
Materials
Finding and sourcing the raw fabrics, materials and other components to produce your product.
04.
Final Quotation
Give the final quotation to be approved to place the order, after the 1st samples and the material definition.
05.
Production
After approving the pre-production samples (PP samples), and meeting the required minimum order quantity, we start the mass- production of your designs.
06.
Inspection
The inspection is done under the Acceptable Quality Level (MOQ), taking a sample ratio of 10-20% of the production by style. We will deliver a full inspection report to the client for final approval before shipment.
